Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Home Health Registered Nurse in Covington, GA. The RN will provide 1:1 patient care in home settings, follow physician orders, and support families while working a Mon-Fri schedule.

Eligible candidates may receive a $15k sign-on bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more; mileage reimbursement and PTO are provided. Active Georgia nursing license required.

Qualifications

• RN degree and active license in the state of practice
• At least 1 year of nursing experience; home health or geriatrics preferred
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and car insurance
• Current CPR certification
• New graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological needs
• Create home health care plans aligning with MD orders and patient goals
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support patients’ families and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, You will:

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients

• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team

• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence is required
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
