Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse for part-time coverage in O’Fallon, IL. The RN will provide 1:1 patient care, develop care plans, administer medications, and educate families in a home health setting.

The role offers flexible scheduling, strong team support, and opportunities for advancement within a growing organization. A valid nursing license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) with current unrestricted license in state of practice and residence.
• Minimum 1 year nursing practice in patient care; Home health or geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and proof of insurance per Adoration policy.
• New graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patients’ families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.

• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
