Job summary

Adoration Health in Little Rock, AR is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for Home Health. This 1:1 patient care role involves creating and implementing home health plans per MD orders, delivering skilled nursing interventions, and educating families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The position offers full-time hours (M-F, 8a-5p) with potential for professional growth, supportive supervision, and a stable, growing company behind you.

Qualifications

• RN degree (Associate or Bachelor) with active license in state of practice
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; home health/geriatrics preferred
• Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance per Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and patient goals
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support patient’s family and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch

• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required ; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
