Adoration Home Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Kingsport, TN team for home health care. This RN will provide patient-centered, 1:1 care in the home setting, coordinating MD orders with patient goals and delivering medications, treatments, and symptom management.

The role offers flexibility with PRN scheduling, opportunities for professional growth, and support from an interdisciplinary team. A valid TN RN license and CPR are required.

Competenze

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) with active, unrestricted state license.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in a patient care setting; home health/geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance per policy; CPR certification.

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and the patient's goals
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support the patient's family and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence is required
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
