Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse in Chattanooga, TN. The RN will provide patient-centered care in patients’ homes, develop care plans, administer treatments, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients and families.

The role offers full-time hours (Mon-Fri, 8AM–5PM) with opportunities for professional growth, strong benefits, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college with current unrestricted license in the practicing state.
• One year nursing experience in a patient care setting; home health/geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and car insurance per Adoration policy.
• New graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Asess/monitor patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Create home health care plans aligning with physician orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care—administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management and family caregiver support.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and maintain timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, You will:

• Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and the patient's goals
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence is required
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required ; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
