ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time LTAC position. You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients and work with an interdisciplinary team to plan individualized care.

Required: Kentucky RN license, BLS; ACLS within 90 days. Join a dedicated team focused on advancing long-term health and recovery for high-acuity patients.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or a compact state.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
