Job summary

HCA Florida Citrus Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy Team. You will provide clinical expertise to ensure high-quality, efficient care in a procedural environment and support a collaborative team aligned with our patient-first mission.

You will assess and plan patient care around endoscopy procedures, assist physicians, and maintain accurate records while administering medications per orders. This is a on-site role within our Florida facility.

Qualifications

• Florida RN licensure in accordance with state regulations or compact licensure.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Endoscopy nursing experience preferred.
• National specialty board certification within 6 months of eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care of Endoscopy patients pre, intra and post procedure.
• Assist physicians in operative procedures.
• Maintain and review patients' records including posting tests and examination results.
• Administer medications per physician orders.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy Team. You will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care in a procedural environment. What you will do in this role:

• You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate the care of Endoscopy patients pre, intra and post procedure.
• You will assist physicians in operative procedures.
• You will maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results
• You will administer medications in accordance with physician orders

What qualifications you will need:

• Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active FL RN license required within 60 days of hire.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Prior Endoscopy nursing experience highly preferred.
• National specialty board certification required within 6 months of eligibility.
• Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
