HCA Florida Blake Hospital in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate all unit functions. The CNC partners with the management team to monitor nursing care and serves as a resource for staff, supporting an exceptional patient experience.

Formación

• ACLS certification must be obtained within 6 months of start date.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) must be obtained within 3 days of start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 6 months of start date.
• Advanced practice or RN licensure as applicable.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 3 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
• Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), or Registered Nurse

HCA Florida Blake Hospital is a 380+ bed hospital located in Bradenton, FL. We have a thirteen acre campus by the Gulf Coast beaches.
