Your Role Matters

As an RN at Haida, you’ll be a cornerstone of our residents’ care and well-being. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and leadership to deliver top-tier patient care.
• Guiding and supervising LPNs, CNAs, and support staff to ensure safe and effective nursing practices.
• Reviewing and maintaining accurate nurses’ notes and documentation.
• Administering medications and treatments, starting IVs, and updating charts as needed.
• Interpreting diagnostic tests and assessing patients’ conditions to provide timely, appropriate care.
• Creating a positive, safe, and compassionate environment for residents and staff, escalating concerns as needed to the ADON or DON.
