West Roxbury Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an RN to deliver compassionate care within a warm, home-like environment. You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents, collaborating with family and health-team members to maintain professional standards.

Shifts include Day, Evening, and Night with every other weekend required. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and substantial education support and time off.

Qualifications

• MA RN license required to practice as RN in Massachusetts.
• Prior experience in a skilled LTC setting preferred.
• Fully vaccinated against communicable diseases as required.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering care to residents/patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; effectively interacts with residents/patients, family members, and other health team members while maintaining the standards of professional nursing.

Shifts available:

• Day 7a - 3p


• Evening 3p - 11p


• Night 11p - 7a

Every other weekend is required
