Job summary

Wilson Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Wilson, NC seeks an experienced RN Registered Nurse to join our compassionate care team. You will supervise staff, monitor resident health, safety, and welfare, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and nursing policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current State License as an RN Registered Nurse
• LTC/SNF experience preferred

Responsibilities

• RN Registered Nurse provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and nursing policies and procedures.
• Ensures high-quality patient care and compliance with facility policies and standards.
