Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse at Ridgewood, you will:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents.

• Accurately and efficiently complete daily electronic documentation.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.

• Review and transcribe physician's orders to the Medication Administration Record (MAR).

• Communicate new and updated orders to the pharmacy in a timely manner.

• Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the highest standards of care.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
