Wilson Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Wilson, NC is hiring RN Registered Nurses for full-time evening and night shifts, plus PRN options. You will supervise staff and ensure residents receive safe, quality care in accordance with laws and nursing policies.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license, with LTC/SNF experience preferred. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, 401(k), and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team.

NOW HIRING:

RN Registered Nurses

• Full Time Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Full Time Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• PRN: All Shifts
• Weekend Night Shift 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Saturday and Sunday
• No Frills Track: 32 hours a week inclusive of every other weekend - $40 hourly

Summary/Objective:

In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the Resident’s we serve, the RN Registered Nurse provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.

Qualifications for RN:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current State License as an RN Registered Nurse
• LTC/SNF experience preferred
