Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Westminster, Colorado, is seeking a registered nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, assess patient needs, adapt care plans as conditions change, and collaborate with CNAs and LPNs to ensure safety and comfort.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, has a nursing diploma (ADN/BSN), CPR certification, and at least one year of skilled nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an RN in the applicable state and maintain active RN license.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR must remain current.

$10,000 Sign-on bonus for FT Night Shift

Monday‑Friday: Eve Differential $3 per hour; Night Differential $7 per hour
Saturday‑Sunday: Day Differential $3 per hour; Eve Differential $4 per hour; Night Differential $10 per hour

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your role includes evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment and revising care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition. On a daily basis you must be able to provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
