Job summary

Westview Health Care Center in Wyoming is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. The RN delivers quality nursing care, evaluates patient needs through ongoing assessment, and revises care plans based on changes in condition.

You will provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain patients' highest practicable well-being.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active RN license.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients through ongoing assessment and revision of care plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Adhere to Life Care standards and applicable laws.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
