Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for a position at a facility in Phoenix, AZ. The RN will deliver nursing care to residents, assess needs, and revise care plans as patient conditions change.
You will provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, compliant care. The role requires an active RN license, a nursing diploma, CPR certification, and preferred 1 year of skilled nursing experience.
