Job summary

University Nursing Center in Upland, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse for evening and night shifts, with a $12k sign-on bonus for full-time night shift RNs. You will build meaningful relationships with residents and staff while applying nursing skills to promote well-being and safety.

Responsibilities include assessments, care planning and documenting changes in resident conditions, with a focus on geriatric care and compassionate service.
