The role emphasizes administrative/clerical nursing duties, coordinating with doctors and agencies to ensure continuity of care, managing medications, and tailoring care plans for residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unrestricted RN license valid in the state.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with resident doctors, home health, and hospice agencies to ensure continuity of care.
• Manage resident medication orders and resolve errors.

Your Role:

As a nurse at Lincoln Court, you’ll be a vital part of a compassionate team dedicated to enriching the lives of our residents. This is heavily an administrative/clerical nursing position. Your duties will include:
