Job summary

Crown Rehab & Healthcare is seeking an RN – Registered Nurse to join our clinical team near Harrisonville, Missouri. The role offers flexible hours, competitive pay, and a chance to impact patient care every day.

You will provide nursing care, administer medications, assist physicians, document patient responses, and support admissions, transfers, and discharges. Missouri RN license is required; PTO from day one and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Assists physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforces health care instructions to patients and families.
• Participates with team in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care.
• Assists with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs and general condition.
• Maintains environmental conditions conducive to patient comfort and safety.
• Assists with unit management or acts as charge nurse as assigned.

• A current Missouri stat RN/ Registered Nurse license.

Registered Nurse Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Prepares for and assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforce supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families.
• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
• Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s).
• Records on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered.
• Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients.
• Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.
