Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a progressive community healthcare system in Buckeye Lake, Ohio. The role involves planning, providing, and supervising nursing care with minimal supervision, coordinating care with other caregivers, and adhering to infection control policies.

Shifts include 7am–7:30pm and 7pm–7:30am with diffs of $3.50/hr and $4.50/hr. A sign-on bonus up to $15,000 is offered, plus a full benefits package and relocation assistance where applicable.

Qualifications

• CPR certification; ACLS within 1 year of employment.
• RN license in Ohio.
• BSN or ADN required; RN degree in Ohio required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in accordance with physician orders.
• Takes and records measurements or readings.
• Assesses condition and provides treatment for care of patient.
• Administers prescribed medications.
• Provides leadership while collaborating with other caregivers on the unit.
• Participates in keeping unit prepared for HFAP.
• Assists with patient rounds.

Summary

Plans, provides and/or supervises the nursing care of patients in an efficient and caring manner. Coordinates care planning with other caregivers and with other areas, adheres to universal precautions, and is compliant with infection control policies. Works independently with minimal supervision.

• Provides direct patient care in accordance with physician orders in a warm and friendly manner.
• Takes and records measurements or readings.
• Assesses condition and provides treatment for care of patient.
• Administers prescribed medications.
• Provides leadership while working collaboratively with other care givers on the unit.
• Participates in keeping unit prepared for HFAP on an ongoing basis.
• Assists with patient rounds.

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN.
• RN Degree in Ohio required.
• Valid CPR certification or obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Additional requirement: person will need to have Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS), or obtain within one year of employment.

Work Hours & Compensation

Full time is 36hrs week (day shift 7am-7:30pm and night shift 7pm-7:30am). Shift diffs of $3.50/hr and $4.50/hr. Hospital will offer an hourly range between $29.00-$47.00/hr depending on degree/experience/type of position along with a great benefit package.

The facility offers a sign on bonus up to $15,000 (paid in 3 annual installments of $5000) and full benefit package and some relo assistance.
