Job summary

Eden Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for day-to-day supervision of nursing staff and to safeguard the health and welfare of residents in our long-term care facility in Eden, NC. The RN will follow applicable laws, regulations, and established policies to ensure high-quality resident care.

The role supports evenings and night shifts, with a focus on upholding care standards and coordinating care plans in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• LTC/SNF experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• RN provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
• Performs nursing assessments and ensures quality resident care in daily operations.

Evening Shift: 3pm-11pm

Night Shift: 11pm-7am

Summary/Objective:

In keeping with our organization's goal of improving the lives of the Resident's we serve, the RN provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
