Job summary

The Life Care Center of Westminster is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, perform patient assessments, and adjust care plans to maintain optimal well-being in compliance with Life Care standards.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time night shift, with differential opportunities for evenings and weekends, plus growth opportunities within a supportive healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree).
• Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients and deliver quality clinical services.
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs daily.
• Communicate effectively on an interdisciplinary team.

Monday-Friday: Eve Differential $3 per hour; Night Differential $5 per hour

Saturday-Sunday: Day Differential $3 per hour; Eve Differential $4 per hour; Night Differential $7 per hour

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your role includes evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition. On a daily basis you must be able to provide clinical supervision to C N As and LPNs.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
