Job summary

National Health Care Associates' Augusta location is seeking a Registered Nurse to ensure the health and comfort of residents, assess conditions, develop care plans, and administer medications as prescribed.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered care environment.

We offer competitive pay ($41.44–$51.56/hr), full- and part-time schedules, training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• RN license required with compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work with aged and chronically ill residents in a team setting.
• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans similar to handwritten protocols.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Oversee and guide LPNs and CNAs in delivering quality care.

$5000 Sign-on Bonus for day Shift.

$7500 Sign-on Bonus for Evening/Night Shift.

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-becoming of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
• Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care
