Job summary

NHC HealthCare Anderson is looking for Registered Nurses to join a 290-bed post-acute skilled nursing team. Pay ranges from $33.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to assess patients and develop individualized plans of care, communicating with patients and families, and assisting with meds and treatments as needed. Geriatrics passion is required.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Experience in geriatric or post-acute care is a plus.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized plans of care with the care team.
• Maintain open communication with patients and families about care plans.
• Assist with medications and treatments as needed.
• Perform other patient care duties as assigned.

NHC HealthCare Anderson, a 290 bed post-acute skilled nursing center, is looking for Registered Nurses to join their team of caring professionals. Responsibilities include working with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and development of individualized plans of care, maintaining open and ongoing communication with patients and families, assuring that appropriate nursing care is being provided, assisting with meds and treatments as needed and other patient care duties as assigned. A passion for geriatrics is required!
