Job summary

Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. in Dunwoody, GA is seeking a dynamic and talented RN Referral Management professional for a Full Time Weekend Night shift Fri-Sun, 12 hours.

Under the Clinical Program Director, the RN plays a vital role in managing electronic referrals, coordinating care with sending facilities, patients and families, and conducting thorough reviews of medical records to ensure safe placements and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current state license.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing.
• Current CPR and vaccines as required by customer hospital.
• 1–3 years of experience in Behavioral Health.

Responsibilities

• Review assessment referrals received from various sources in collaboration with the RN and other clinicians, to assess patient needs.
• Assist in coordinating patient care.
• Maintain patient records, update databases, and ensure accurate documentation of patient information in approved EMR and other platforms.
