Summary

The Registered Nurse works in a collaborative and cooperative relationship with other members of the healthcare team, plans and implements patient and family education and is responsible for assessing the needs and initiating appropriate intervention for patients.

Required

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN, ASN, AAS, AAN)
• Current Montana Licensure Registered Nurse (RN)
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within sixty (60) days of start date.
• National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification within 6 months of hire
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within sixty (60) days of start date.
• Trauma Nursing Care Coordinator certification within 6 months of hire
• Competence in and a willingness and ability to practice modified primary nursing

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN, BAN)
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course certification
• One (1) year of emergency nursing or critical care experience

Schedule Requirements

• This role requires regular and sustained attendance.
• The position may necessitate working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts.
