Job summary

Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA is seeking an RN Rapid Response to influence patient care through collaboration with management and hospital councils. This role emphasizes immediate emergency response, patient outcomes, and involvement in nursing initiatives.

Job Summary and Qualifications

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Trauma Care After Resuscitatio must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse, or (CEN) Certified Emergency Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience in ICU and ED
