Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an RN in Radiology for a 13-week contract. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with on-call one weekday per week and every fourth weekend.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Medical Board Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist license.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification in Radiology.
• BLS certification from American Red Cross.
• Experience providing imaging support in surgery.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiology exams in a theater and clinical settings.
• Operate Siemens Luminos Agile Max RF room and GE portable x-ray units.
• Support orthopedic and neuro-spine surgical cases and maintain image quality.

Description:This is a contract RN position in radiology.The position offers a Monday to Friday work schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.Call is required one weekday each week and every fourth weekend.The unit consists of 43 beds and a staff of 5.Day shift staffing includes 1 manager, 1 RN, and 3 Radiologic Technologists.Night shift hiring is for 1 Radiologic Technologist.The unit uses advanced equipment including Siemens Luminos Agile Max RF room and GE portable x-ray units.Typical procedures performed include radiology exams ordered for patients in various settings such as surgery, recovery rooms, and inpatient rehabilitation.The primary surgical cases are orthopedic and neuro-spine surgeries.Candidates must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent customer service skills and a team-oriented approach are essential.Dress code includes sage green scrubs for tops and black pants.This opportunity is enhanced by the use of new technology and the experience of the staff members.
