Qualifications
BSN required.
RN license in Florida or eNLC in good standing.
1-3 years of healthcare quality experience.
3-5 years of clinical nursing experience.
Responsibilities
Oversees OPPE and FPPE processes to ensure regulatory compliance and support credentialing.
Collaborates with Quality Improvement Analyst to prepare performance metrics and quality reports for departments and medical staff.
Prepares quantitative data, reports, and presentations for committees and individuals.
Attends and participates in committees supporting ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
Prepares professional practice reviews in collaboration with the Quality Department and Medical Staff Administration.
Responsible for data evaluation, trending, tracking, and monitoring of quality review activities.
Participates in national collaborative efforts including data abstraction and presentation of summary reports.
Communicates with clinical disciplines and physician advisors to clarify criteria and summaries.
Identifies potential risk and quality issues.
Collaborates with data analytics and IT to optimize EMR integration for performance metrics.
