Job summary

This Registered Nurse Quality Management Investigations Program Coordinator position is with the Veterans Health Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, located in West Haven, CT. Qualifications

• Education verification via ACEN/CCNE accreditation required.
• Foreign education must be evaluated with a Certificate of Foreign Equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, investigate, delegate, or assign formal and preliminary inquires, AIBs, OIG, and TJC Hotline investigations.
• Lead and communicate investigations with the interdisciplinary team and executive leadership.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate delivery of care with age-specific components.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with established policies and directives.
