Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Actively enrolled in Bachelor's Education Program.
• Washington RN License required at hire.
• 3 years of experience within a health care organization.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Experience with process improvement theories, adult learning principles, and data analysis methods.

Responsibilities

• The Quality Improvement Specialist performs functions that support the hospital and medical staff to continually improve patient care, reduces risk, and provide excellent customer service.
• This role provides support, facilitation, and coordination to support clinical and process improvements throughout the organization.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educ/experience

Actively enrolled in Bachelor's Education Program.
