Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in quality management or performance improvement in healthcare.
• RN license required; CP HQ certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for data-driven quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality initiatives, collect and analyze performance data for compliance.
• Coordinate with medical staff to support accreditation and safety.
• Prepare reports and present findings to leadership teams.
• Support process improvements and documentation updates.
