DescriptionThe Quality Improvement Specialist performs functions that support the hospital and medical staff to continually improve patient care, reduces risk, and provide excellent customer service. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor‘s Degree, or equivalent educ/experience
• Actively enrolled in Bachelor’s Education Program.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• 3 years of experience within a health care organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master‘s Degree
• Experience with process improvement theories and methods, adult learning principles, and data analysis methods.
