Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for the Pulmonary Medicine Unit at Edward Main Hospital in Naperville. This full-time role is 36 hours per week, with day shifts 7:00am-7:30pm and rotating weekends and holidays. Requires 1+ year inpatient RN experience and a BSN (or ADN with plan to obtain BSN within five years).

Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification are required. Compensation includes a pay range of $36.00–$55.80 hourly, with a newly adjusted minimum of $37.25 starting October.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing.
• If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
• Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assesses patient condition, plans and evaluates care, monitors progress, documents observations.
• Delegates appropriate patient care tasks and collaborates with the unit team.

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.
