Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• One year of professional RN experience required.
• Current RN license by applicable state requirements; BLS must be valid within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the nursing care, including direct patient care and education for patients and families.
• Support transitions of care and collaborate within the nursing team and care continuum.
• Lead quality improvement efforts and contribute to professional practice models.
