Cynet Health seeks an RN - Psych for a 13-week Behavioral Health assignment in Pulaski, VA. The role requires an active state RN license and at least 2 years of hospital experience. BLS and CPI certifications are required. Shift is 07:00–19:00, with 36 hours per shift.

The unit has 16 beds and a staff of 17 FT and PRN. EMR used is Meditech. Typical duties include assessment, recovery planning, and medication administration.

Description:This position requires a registered nurse with a minimum of two years of experience in a hospital setting.Candidates must hold an active state license.BLS and CPI certifications are required.The unit includes 16 beds and has a staff of 17 full-time and PRN employees.There are two RNs and two techs on the day shift and two RNs and two techs on the night shift.The patient ratio is 8:1.Typical equipment includes EKG, glucometer, and blood pressure monitors.The electronic medical record system used is Meditech.Typical procedures performed include assessment, recovery planning, and medication administration.The ideal candidate will be friendly and compassionate.Dress code requirements will include navy scrubs, with a clear guideline on unacceptable attire.Candidates lacking the required skills will not be considered for the role.Candidates with preferred skills will be considered first.
