Job summary

Kadlec Regional Medical Center is seeking an RN to join the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) on 9RP. You will provide direct patient care in a patient-focused environment that values commitment and mutual respect.

The role supports Providence's mission and emphasizes compassionate, high-quality care to diverse patient populations. This full-time position offers a 36-hour work week with a variable shift, and requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, WA RN license at hire, and BLS/ACLS

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
  • 1 year of Nursing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient-centered outcomes.

Shift Details: Full-time, 36 hours weekly, Variable shift.


Required Qualifications


  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
