Job summary

Providence Kadlec Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) on 9RP. The role offers full-time status (36 hours weekly) with a variable shift, focused on delivering patient-centered care and teamwork in a supportive culture.

Required qualifications include WA RN license, BLS and ACLS within 90 days, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least 1 year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification through American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to ensure safe, compassionate, evidence-based patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver effective care plans and timely interventions.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Pay Range: $41.74 - $82.41
