Piedmont Cartersville is seeking a staff nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care from birth through the lifecycle. You will implement and evaluate care plans within organizational procedures, coordinating staff activities to ensure quality outcomes.

The role offers a full-time schedule (7:00 am–7:00 pm) with a sign-on bonus. Licensing in Georgia and BLS certification are required; advanced certifications and a BSN are a plus.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• New graduates eligible.
• Current Georgia RN or NLC/eNLC license; BLS certification required.
• Advanced certification in specialty preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred; hospital experience preferred.

The staff nurse is responsible for maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Graduate of a nursing program

Minimum Experience Required

New Graduates of a nursing program eligible

Minimum Licensure/Certification Required By Law

Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License. BLS certification required.

Additional Qualifications

Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable. Bachelor's degree preferred. Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting Preferred.
