Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Registered Nurse leader to oversee vendor alignment with strategic initiatives and manage contracts and performance. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure efficient operations and program delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Nursing), an active RN license, and BLS certification within 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Nursing.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant nursing experience is required.
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) is mandatory.
  • Basic Life Support certification (BLS) within the first 30 days of employment.

  • You will manage projects in different areas, like program changes, education efforts, operations, and vendor transition for efficient operations.
  • Merging partnerships and finding cost-effective solutions for program delivery.

Job Summary

In this job, you'll work closely with vendors to align services with key strategies. You'll supervise agreements and performance. Build exceptional relationships with key stakeholders like team members and senior management.


Essential Functions Of The Role

  • Proficiency in understanding, enhancing, and documenting complex procedures.

  • Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written formats.

  • Knowledge of basic computer functions includes using software, entering data, and protecting information security. Documenting medical records, scanning devices, and emailing.
