Job summary

CHRISTUS Health in San Antonio, TX seeks a capable leader to direct clinical programs and promote high-quality patient care. The role requires a nursing/health admin background with governance experience and a strong focus on patient outcomes and program excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration or Business Administration required.
Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct the operation of clinical programs and promote quality services for the community and patients.
Develops, implements and maintains policies and procedures for programs to ensure quality patient care and services.
Monitor and track patient outcomes through advanced techniques.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and review program deliverables.
Assist in interpreting policies and objectives of nursing service to staff and community groups.
Create home care plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans and budgets; conduct meetings to manage activities.
