Job summary

Texas Health Resources, Inc. is seeking a Program Director of Clinical Services - Supply Chain Management to lead cross-entity supply and equipment initiatives. You will assemble clinical or other staff, build buy‑in, and drive standardized processes across THR entities.

You will create and manage data analysis, develop performance metrics, negotiate with hundreds of vendors, maintain contracts, and report progress to leadership in a hybrid work setting at Texas Health Corporate in Arlington.

Responsibilities

• Lead the systematic development, implementation and coordination of supply and equipment initiatives across THR entities.
• Develop criteria for fair and balanced outcomes representing stakeholders across THR.
• Create and manage data analysis for decision making, including performance metrics and cost management.
• Coordinate and negotiate with hundreds of supply and equipment vendors; interact with Premier and OnHand teams.
• Maintain and manage contracts across projects and ensure timely delivery and compliance.
• Produce status reports and financial summaries for leadership; build relationships with system staff and clinical teams.
