Ochsner Health System is seeking an experienced RN Program Coordinator for Trauma Services in Shreveport. The role leads program implementation, coordinates multidisciplinary care and drives site-specific education and improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, 5+ years nursing experience with 1 year of supervision, and strong communication, leadership and analytical skills to support quality, safety and patient care across the team.
