Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse PRN for our Pre/Post Outpatient Surgery Center in Louisville, KY. The role requires strong perioperative knowledge, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Active Kentucky nursing license with BCLS/ACLS/PALS is required; prior preop/postop and critical care/telemetry experience is preferred. Proficiency in starting IVs is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky license to practice nursing.
• BCLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.
• Previous preop or postop experience preferred.
• Critical Care / Telemetry experience preferred.
• Proficient in starting IVs.

Responsibilities

• Provide preoperative and postoperative nursing care.
• Coordinate patient care in a fast-paced perioperative environment.
• Assess, monitor and respond to patient conditions.
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements:

Active Kentucky License
