Formación

• One year of nursing experience.
• RN licensure with BLS certification within 14 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses the patient appropriately and accurately based on their medical condition.
• Administers medications as prescribed.
• Provides care aligned with patient’s age and condition, including basic self-care activities.
• Formulates and evaluates an individualized teaching plan with family involvement.
• Demonstrates nursing knowledge to perform treatments and services.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to provide patient care.
• Assists physicians with procedures and uses technical/manual skills as needed.
• Identifies psychosocial needs of patients and families; coordinates with social services for discharge planning.
• Demonstrates cost-conscious use of supplies and equipment.
• Prioritizes patient care effectively and safely.
• Promotes patient safety and lifelong nursing education.
