Avera Gregory Hospital is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for 12-hour day/night rotations (6-6) with no weekend/holiday/call requirements. You will deliver nursing care, develop care plans, educate patients and families, and coordinate with the health care team to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license in the state of practice and 1–3 years of clinical experience. This position is at a hospital in South Dakota and offers a rotating schedule per the M-F coverage needs.

Formación

• Active RN license in the state of practice (Board of Nursing)
• 1-3 years experience working in a clinical environment

Responsabilidades

• Provides patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions and communicating nursing care plans to the health care team.
• Develops nursing care plans by evaluating patients, documenting condition, and establishing objectives.
• Educates patients and families on condition, medications, and self-care skills.
• Evaluates care by monitoring outcomes and adjusting plans as needed.
• Maintains safe care environment by following infection-control protocols and medication procedures.
• Documents patient care services in charts and department records.
