Job summary

Cherrydale Post Acute in Greenville, SC seeks an RN to oversee shift nursing operations, lead the care team, and ensure high-quality care for residents.

You will supervise staff, administer medications, monitor patients, and coordinate with physicians while maintaining compliant documentation and regulatory standards. This PRN role offers 12-hour shifts and opportunities within South Carolina’s largest skilled nursing network.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
  • Active, unencumbered SC RN license is required.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
  • 2+ years nursing experience preferred, especially long-term care or rehab.
  • Familiarity with rehabilitative/restorative nursing practices and PCC preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily nursing operations for the assigned shift.
  • Provide and oversee direct patient care.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians.
  • Support and supervise LPNs and CNAs.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.

  • 3rd Shift: 7p-7a
  • Weekend Only: Friday, Saturday, Sunday schedule

Position Summary
