Maxim Healthcare is seeking skilled, compassionate registered nurses to provide in-home 1:1 care. You will deliver skilled nursing services, monitor patients, administer medications, and educate families while coordinating with care teams.

Roles include day, evening, and overnight shifts with flexible scheduling and weekly direct deposit. The position offers full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities in a Home-based care setting within your assigned service area.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Preferred: 1+ year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and clinical support.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications.
• Document care and communicate updates appropriately.
