Maxim Healthcare is hiring an RN to work with patients in the comfort of their own homes, offering competitive pay and weekly paychecks.

This role supports day or night shifts and both full-time or part-time schedules. It includes health, dental and vision coverage, an HSA, life insurance, PTO and a 401(k) plan. Nurses will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in home settings.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
