Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a registered nurse to join the Family Medicine and Community Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine team. The role covers direct patient care, patient education, and care coordination in a fast-paced primary care setting.

The RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, participate in telehealth and web-based care, and support transitions of care across visits. A valid RN license, BLS, and strong communication and leadership skills are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• One year of RN experience required.
• RN licensure by applicable state requirements.
• Current BLS certification.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care including direct patient care and patient/family education.
• Collaborate with providers and Care Team to ensure smooth transitions of care.
• Support care across visits, telehealth, and web-based care in Primary Care.
• Provide leadership and mentoring within Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice.
• Participate in quality improvement and adherence to professional standards.
